From the Dec 2012 issue Motor Boating Monthly (a British magazine) – on page 54 starts a review of about 12 different tagging/tracking devices for your boat. Nice review, some of the items may not be applicable to the Caribbean cruisers, but definitely worth a look for the Mediterranean-bound folks.
