The June 2012 edition of Dockwalk has three security related articles.
First is a survey (page 14) – The question ‘Do you believe yachts should carry weapons on board?’ had a split decision – 41 % responded yes; 41% responded it depends on circumstances. 13% said no and 5% were N/A.
Second was an article (pages 28-30) – Sense and Security – covering both equipment and people involved in security for vessels.
Thirdly, there is an article (page 50) entitled ‘Breached’ – a bit of a warning about social engineering and cyber crime that is possible due to the prevalence of computer systems and networking.
